Lloyd is a white mage, a support-magic specialist and the former student of a legendary mage, who is expelled from a hero's party by its arrogant leader, Allen, after being dismissed as useless. Left jobless and wandering the city for days without finding a new group, he meets Yui, the leader of an S-rank adventurer party that needs a white mage. She presses him to join them on a quest that matters deeply to her, and despite downplaying his own abilities, he accepts. Lloyd sincerely believes himself to be an ordinary adventurer, yet his support magic is far beyond the norm. His new companions welcome him warmly, and he may have finally found a place that truly values his talents.
