Hina Tsurugi, an introverted first-year high school student, has recently moved from the city to a seaside town. She prefers indoor activities like crafts and is not comfortable with sea creatures. While walking along the breakwater, she encounters Yuuki Kuroiwa, an upperclassman, who convinces her to join the mysterious "Teibou" or Breakwater Fishing Club. Surrounded by eccentric club members, Hina, despite her initial reluctance and fear of marine life, begins her journey into the world of fishing.
