In the 21st century, a unique virus known as the "Nyandemic" or "cat-pocalypse" spreads across the globe, transforming humans into cats. This virus is transmitted through physical contact, specifically when cats cuddle or rub against humans. As the world becomes dominated by felines, a small group of human survivors struggles to resist the urge to pet the adorable creatures while fighting for their continued existence. Among them is Kunagi, a man with amnesia but a deep knowledge of cats, who, along with others, seeks a way to survive in this cat-ridden world.
