In the year 2125, thirty years after a mysterious disease called "Cagaster" first appeared, humanity is still grappling with its devastating effects. This illness transforms infected individuals into giant, carnivorous insects, having already wiped out two-thirds of the global population. The story follows Kidou, a young exterminator whose job is to hunt and kill these creatures. His life takes an unexpected turn when he encounters a dying man who entrusts him with his daughter, Ilie, asking Kidou to take her to her mother.
