Trama

Takumi Fujiwara is an 18-year-old high school student who works part-time at a gas station and helps his father's tofu shop by making early morning deliveries. For years, he has driven his father's modified Toyota Sprinter AE86 Trueno up and down Mt. Akina's winding roads. Unbeknownst to his friends, or even himself, these daily drives have honed his driving skills to an exceptional level. When the Akagi Red Suns, an infamous street racing team, challenges the local Akina Speed Stars, Takumi's hidden talent is unexpectedly revealed, drawing attention from racers across Gunma prefecture.
