Mujina into the Deep

Sinopsis

In a near-future metropolitan city named Tsukumo, human rights are not guaranteed and can be bought and sold. Those without rights are known as "mujina" and are outside the protection of the law. This lack of legal constraint allows some mujina to become skilled, elite assassins. Terumi Morgan, a man who desires only to meet work deadlines and enjoy his free time, finds his mundane life upended when an unexpected sick day leads him to encounter a runaway child and a thirtysomething mujina assassin, setting him on an unforeseen path.
