Freesia

Sinopsis

Freesia is set in an alternative Japan during wartime, where a law has been enacted legalizing retaliatory killings. If a person's loved one is murdered, they are legally permitted to kill the perpetrator or hire someone to do it for them. The story follows Hiroshi Kano, who works for a firm specializing in these revenge killings. Hiroshi appears ordinary but communicates with a girl only he can see and hears a phone ringing that no one else does.
