Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End

Synopsis

After a decade-long quest, the hero Himmel, the priest Heiter, the dwarf warrior Eisen, and the elf mage Frieren defeat the Demon King, bringing peace to the land. As an elf with a lifespan of over a thousand years, Frieren experiences time differently from her human companions. When the party disbands, Frieren returns to her solitary life of collecting spells. Fifty years later, she reunites with her former comrades, only to find them aged and nearing the end of their lives. Witnessing their mortality, Frieren begins to regret not having spent more time understanding them. This realization prompts her to embark on a new journey to learn more about humans and forge deeper connections.
