Ryuko is a high-ranking, motorcycle-riding member of the Japanese mafia operating in the Middle East. After a criminal operation goes awry, leading to a fierce battle with the government, she is forced to return to Japan. There, she finds herself caught between Chinese gangsters, an unknown terrorist organization, and her own personal struggles.
