In a distant future where humanity has vanished, mice and rats have evolved into modern societies with their own commerce, transportation, education, and social structures. An uneasy peace exists between the nations of Mousputa and Ratvaria, but subversive forces are working to ignite a conflict. These conspirators are willing to use the ancient weapons of humanity. Captain Tiny and two young boys must uncover and thwart their plot to prevent Rodentkind from facing the same extinction as Man.
