In the city of Mamkestell, young women known as "witches" use magic, powered by Kisa and Kiseki, to combat magical beasts and perform as idols, earning them high esteem. Tiara, a princess from Waleland, enrolls in the prestigious Flora Girls Academy, founded by the Dawn Witch, to become a powerful witch like her elder sister. She reunites with her childhood friend Rosetta and joins her group, which includes Lavie, Ashley, and Lynette. This group is ranked Lapis, the lowest tier, and faces expulsion if they fail, prompting Tiara to motivate them to take their studies and performances seriously.
