Kylooe is a collection of distinct stories. One narrative introduces a new girl in town who discovers a disc featuring a mysterious white animal named Kylooe, which helps her navigate loneliness and explore her dreams. Another story follows Lin Sanyi, who falls for the quiet and academically struggling student Ling Fei, as their shared interest in Kylooe intertwines with their bittersweet journey through teenage love and reality. A third story is set in a futuristic world where emotions are outlawed, focusing on Mile from age 8 into his late teens as he struggles to conform and eventually finds hope in prison through an encounter with Nath.
