In an aging Japan, where medical advancements have increased life expectancy but declining birth rates have created a demographic imbalance, individuals like Onda Momotaro are crucial. He enters the elder care industry to assist the growing number of senile elderly. Momotaro is determined to bring joy to the elderly, having been shocked by the harsh realities of their care, such as seeing an elderly man restrained for his own safety, a practice considered a "necessary evil" by some caretakers.
