Mafuyu Oribe and her adopted sister Tomo Yamanobe lead a seemingly normal life at Saint Mikhailov Academy until they encounter a mysterious, injured boy. This boy, Alexander Nikolaevich "Sasha" Hell, is an Iron Qwaser, a super-powered individual capable of controlling a specific element. Sasha's arrival thrusts Mafuyu into a hidden conflict involving various Qwaser factions, all vying for mystical relics known as the High Circuit. These Qwasers require a special liquid, obtained from women, to manifest their powers, making Mafuyu an unwilling participant in Sasha's battles and disrupting her peaceful school life.
