Mayo, known as "The Horse," is a professional assassin operating in Malaysia who charges a mere five dollars for each killing. His life takes an unexpected turn when he is hired to eliminate the mother of a 12-year-old prostitute named Shion. Out of pity, Mayo spares the woman's life, an act that inadvertently triggers a series of events. This decision sets in motion a chain of consequences that threaten to destabilize Asian economies and unearth a global conspiracy.
