This animated short film from 2011, created by Toyomi Morishita for the Tokyo University of the Arts, Graduate School of Film and New Media, Department of Animation, centers on a girl with a passion for dance despite her lack of natural talent. The narrative explores the idea that talent is not an inherent quality but rather something that complements existing deficiencies.
