Despite New York's reputation as the safest city, Tiny often finds herself relegated to menial tasks. However, the city's peace is shattered when a series of indiscriminate killings begins, orchestrated by an unknown evil and a mysterious "black angel." As the violence escalates, the Vaneast police force struggles to maintain order, and a larger plan unfolds under a red moon.
