Hanataba to Kusuriyubi

Synopsis

Takase, a flawless elite Alpha, has always been devoted to fulfilling a childhood promise made with his Omega childhood friend, Hinata. After being separated during their higher education, they have a fateful reunion as adults. Takase immediately confesses his desire for them to become mates. However, Hinata, who describes himself as a "kakemono" (a term implying he is unable to conceive), rejects the confession due to his inability to become pregnant. This manga explores their relationship as they navigate this significant obstacle.
