Synopsis

At the Kuron Institute, a fourteen-year-old girl named Elaine, who possesses immense psychic powers, has escaped. Her father, Professor Reed, subjected her to an operation intended to grant her a psychic force comparable to nuclear fission. Elaine has a twin sister, Diana, who underwent the same experimentation. Both developed incredible mental abilities, but Diana's body is entirely robotic due to a handicap, while Elaine is a wild child with an animal's nervous system. Together, they hold the key to a world-altering discovery. Their combined powers can manifest as the ultimate cyber weapon, Genocyber.
