줄거리

In the near future, a technology emerges in Korea that allows people to delete memories. However, the widespread and thoughtless use of this technology leads to severe side effects, with individuals becoming psychopaths and committing murders without emotion. In response to this societal crisis, the government outlaws memory control and deletion, establishing 'Special Memory Investigation Agents' to investigate cases of memory manipulation and enforce the new regulations.
