In the city of Tsuchiura, Ibaraki Prefecture, during the year 20XX, a militant group known as the "New Exclusionist Society" takes over a bank and threatens to kill hostages. Faced with this violent situation, three men rise to confront them. These individuals are Museki Mugo, a righteous figure from the Tsuchiura Police Department's "Suicide Attack Section"; Eita Sakimori, a gangster known for his bluster; and Natsuki Tamimori, an ordinary man caught in extraordinary circumstances.
