Miss Pendleton

줄거리

Laura Pendleton, a 29-year-old spinster, is a renowned matchmaker in London society. Her latest task is to find a wife for the eligible bachelor Ian Dalton. However, upon meeting the handsome yet blunt Mr. Dalton, she finds the task more challenging than expected. Despite her efforts to introduce him to various ladies, Mr. Dalton seems only interested in Miss Pendleton herself. Due to a shameful past and a desire to escape her abusive uncle, Miss Pendleton has no interest in marriage, especially not to a wealthy nobleman. She plans to become a governess to achieve independence.
