Xie Lian, once a revered crown prince known for his beauty and strength, achieved godhood through his noble deeds. However, he was repeatedly cast out of the heavens and banished to the mortal realm. Eight hundred years after his initial mortal life, Xie Lian ascends to godhood for the third time, much to the annoyance of other deities. To settle his debts and maintain his divinity, he is sent to the Mortal Realm as a scrap collector, tasked with hunting down violent ghosts and troublesome spirits. During his assignments, he encounters San Lang, a mysterious young man with whom he feels an immediate connection, though San Lang appears to be more than he seems.
