Trama

Hyun-gun is a "Blinker," an individual with special abilities, who has lived in isolation to avoid the common practice of Blinkers killing each other to absorb energy and enhance their own powers. He is plagued by recurring nightmares in which he kills unknown people. Seeking help, he consults a psychiatrist he previously encountered. He later discovers that these nightmares are not mere dreams but visions of real events, revealing his unique ability to foresee these occurrences.
