Trama

In the year 2057, the man-made city of Hemisphere in Tokyo Bay has seemingly eradicated crime through the implementation of the quantum AI system known as "XEVEC." This system allows the law to manifest as a physical force, ensuring the protection of all citizens. Hemisphere is presented as a utopian, ultra-nomocratic society where the righteous are rewarded and perpetual peace is guaranteed. However, this perception is challenged by a significant incident, hinting at underlying issues within this seemingly perfect system.
