Trama

High school student Terui Chiaki is aware that her classmate Ajikawa Yoshio has a crush on her, but she already has a boyfriend and does not consider Yoshio to be boyfriend material. Their mysterious teacher, Mr. Yamada, who possesses the ability to create copies of people and objects, intervenes. He creates a copy of Chiaki, named Koaki, who is identical to the original but lacks any memory of Chiaki's boyfriend. Mr. Yamada proposes an experiment: Yoshio will attempt to make Koaki fall in love with him. After a set period, the original Chiaki and Koaki will be merged back together.
