Asahi Saruta, an 18-year-old, dreams of becoming a train operator like his father. He secures a position as a train attendant at Minami Kitazawa Station, also known as "Minakita." However, Asahi quickly discovers that this station is unique: its staff is exclusively composed of exceptionally attractive individuals, chosen for their good looks and physical appeal. He finds himself working alongside a diverse group of eccentric colleagues, including an ex-delinquent Tokyo University graduate, a crossdressing woman, a popular teen idol, and a bisexual rich boy. Asahi, initially overwhelmed by the station's bustling atmosphere and his unusual co-workers, must navigate this environment while striving to achieve his career aspirations.
