Megan Amano is a college student in Santa Monica, California, who experiences a unique dual life. By day, she attends her classes in the living world, but by night, in her dreams, she journeys to Merridiah University. This institution is an afterlife educational facility where spirits traditionally study before being reborn. Megan, however, is still alive and attends as an exchange student, learning to become a living muse. Her two worlds collide when she discovers mysterious pictures from Merridiah University on her digital camera, leading her to question her existence and seek answers.
