Ryo

Trama

Ryou, a seemingly ordinary high school girl in modern Tokyo, finds her normal life upended during a school trip. She is attacked by a mysterious man who identifies himself as Benkei, the legendary warrior monk from the Heian era, known for collecting 999 swords. He claims Ryou is Ushiwakamaru, his fabled 1000th opponent and master. This revelation is perplexing, as Ushiwakamaru was historically male and both figures lived in 13th-century feudal Japan, not the present day.
