Trama

In a Viking world, young women undergo training to become Valkyries, powerful battle magicians who accompany Vikings on their conquests. To perform magic, a Valkyrie requires a strong slave, known as a træl, from whom they can extract energy. The story follows Aske, a broken slave, whose life takes a new turn when he is bound to Hilda, a Valkyrie in training, beginning his existence as her træl.
