Chigira Yuusuke is a young man living a peaceful life, working part-time, and wearing a "Pale Rider" mask when not at work. He appears to have lost his memory. His life takes an unexpected turn after a fateful meeting with Amemiya Miyako, shortly before Tokyo is engulfed in flames due to an unforeseen attack. The purpose of this attack and its connection to Chigira's past, which Amemiya might help him uncover, remain unknown.
