Metamorphose

Trama

Osamu Tezuka's "Metamorphose" explores the concept of transformation, both internal and external, as a reflection of humanity's darker side. The manga features various characters undergoing significant changes, such as a machine that turns human outcasts into prey, a dancing farmer who becomes a vagrant supported by his cat, and a large, seemingly oafish individual who is revealed to be a kind and effeminate friend. These narratives collectively illustrate the diverse and often unsettling nature of metamorphosis within the human experience.
