On the popular tourist planet Dyna Blue, the city of Viva City harbors a dark side. There, a crocodile named Gera Gera lives on the roof of a public bathhouse with his human housemate, Ikkoku, who claims to be his lover. Both work for the Public Works and Construction of Viva City. Their latest assignment comes from Mayor Celdy, who commissions them to deactivate the core of an ancient military facility. As they prepare for the job, they wonder what awaits them underground and how much they will be paid.
