Märchen Mädchen

Trama

Hazuki Kagimura is an ordinary girl who often finds herself alone, retreating into the world of books and stories due to a difficult relationship with her new family. One day, a bookshelf in the library transports her to a magical school in another world, where she encounters Shizuka Tsuchimikado. Hazuki learns that girls attending this school, known as "mädchen," are chosen by classic fairy tales and folk stories to wield their inherent magic. These stories include "Kaguya-hime no Monogatari," "Issun-bōshi," "Der Freischütz," "Shuten-dōji," "The Little Matchstick Girl," "The Gigantic Turnip," Arthurian legends, and "The Ramayana." Hazuki herself is chosen by the Cinderella story, marking the beginning of her new life at the school, where she aims to master magic and build a friendship with Shizuka.
