Trama

Shinobu, the son of a renowned Kyoto restaurant owner, is sent to train at Edoichi, a famous Japanese restaurant located in Kagurazaka, Tokyo. He arrives with a strong bias, viewing Edo cuisine as unsophisticated compared to the culinary traditions of Kyoto, and openly expresses his disdain for it. This attitude earns him the label "Junsaimon."
