Trama

In 2029, Japan is plagued by radioactive pollution, epidemics, and organ trafficking, consequences of biological warfare. Amidst this chaos, former policeman Hibino now works for a high-end gang leader. He becomes involved in a series of seemingly unrelated events, including a civil uprising in Niger, an attack on a military figure in Japan, and the activities of a bone-marrow thief known as "The Vampire." These events mysteriously connect Hibino to a white-haired boy who spends his life confined to a vast library, engrossed in books.
