Ame

Trama

Ame is a collection of eight one-shot manga by Minori Kimura, created during her high school and college years, with one additional work from her twenties. The stories explore themes of waiting, loneliness, and the psychology of children. Among them are "Rain," where a boy faces false accusations; "Tommy," about a boy whose father died in war; and "Balloon," a largely silent piece about a girl's desire for balloons. Other stories include "Tunnel," a childhood recollection, and "Mamoru-kun is Dead," which follows a town investigating a boy's fate.
