Zodiac One Third is an animated work created for the 20th Anniversary Edition of the Toronto Reel Asian International Film Festival. The title alludes to the Chinese Zodiac's 60-year cycle, with 20 years representing one-third of this cycle. The film features 20 elements, symbolizing each year from 1997, when the festival began, to 2016. The musical score incorporates the Dan Bau, a Vietnamese electronic stringed instrument.
