Young Eleven tells the story of a farm boy with exceptional running speed who is invited to join a newly established national soccer team. Through this opportunity, he uncovers a natural talent for the sport. The film draws inspiration from Japan's role as the host nation for the 1979 FIFA World Youth Championship.
