Who's That? is a collection of ten short animated stories created by Tadanari Okamoto. The series features anthropomorphic animals, brought to life through yarn animation. Yasuo Higuchi composed the music for these shorts. Okamoto's intention behind the series was for children to discover qualities such as kindness, beauty, and compassion by observing the various characters and situations presented.
