Trama

This anime is a colored remake of the 1960 film, also titled "Two Grilled Fish". It follows a man and a woman who live a seemingly idyllic life on a remote desert island, accompanied by chickens and a dog. They spend their days farming, fishing, and enjoying grilled sanma. Their peaceful existence is disrupted by the arrival of a mustachioed scientist, who introduces industrialization to the island.
