Takatoshi Tsuda enrolls in Ousai Academy, a formerly all-girls high school that has recently become co-educational. He is one of only 28 male students among 524 females. On his first day, he is unexpectedly appointed vice-president of the student council. He quickly discovers that the other three female council members—President Shino Amakusa, Secretary Aria Shichijou, and Treasurer Suzu Hagimura—are far from ordinary. Takatoshi, a seemingly normal boy, must now navigate his daily life surrounded by these eccentric and often risqué personalities.
