Oden village exists within an unusual dimensional bubble inside the kettle of an Oden food cart. Its residents lead peaceful lives, anticipating the day customers will choose to eat them. Among them is Oden-kun, who dedicates his time to assisting other troubled villagers in achieving their aspirations. Oden-kun's personal goal is to one day meet his own mother, and he performs one good deed daily while awaiting that moment.
