Noragami: Stray God

Trama

Yato is a minor god without a shrine who dreams of becoming widely revered. To achieve this, he offers his services as a "delivery god" for a mere five-yen offering, performing various tasks from finding lost pets to slaying Yoki (also referred to as Ayakashi or Phantoms). One day, while chasing a cat, he is nearly hit by a bus, but a middle school girl named Hiyori Iki pushes him out of the way. This incident causes Hiyori's soul to frequently slip out of her body, turning her into a Hanyou (half-phantom). Seeking to return to normal, Hiyori becomes entangled in Yato's life, eventually joining him and his new Shinki (divine weapon) Yukine, as they navigate the world of gods and spirits.
