Kinjirou Sakamachi suffers from severe gynophobia, an intense fear of women, which causes nosebleeds and other physical reactions upon contact. This condition stems from his upbringing with a mother and sister who are professional wrestlers. One day, Kinjirou accidentally discovers that Subaru Konoe, the seemingly male butler of his classmate Kanade Suzutsuki, is actually a girl. To protect Subaru's secret, Kanade offers to help Kinjirou overcome his phobia. This arrangement forces Kinjirou and Subaru to spend time together, navigating the challenges of keeping Subaru's identity hidden while attempting to cure Kinjirou's fear.
