Virtus

Sinopsis

In 185 AD, the Roman Empire is in decline under the rule of Emperor Commodus, whose passion for combat outweighs his duties as a ruler. Marcia, his concubine, is deeply concerned by Rome's deterioration and its loss of "Virtus," a quality she believes is essential to its pride. In her desperation, Marcia seeks the aid of a witch. Through a magical ritual, they transport a group of prisoners from modern-day Japan to ancient Rome, hoping to find someone who embodies the spirit of Virtus and can restore the empire.
