Sinopsis

Oton is a side story in the Tough series, focusing on Miyazawa Seiko, the father of Kiichi, and his brother Kiryu. Seiko, also known as the "Silent Tiger," appears to be an ordinary salaryman but is actually the head of the Nadashinkage school of martial arts.
