Evil Eater

Sinopsis

In a future where magic is scientifically recognized, individuals with magical abilities are trained as enforcers for a special government agency. Technology allows for the resurrection of the dead by sacrificing a murderer's life for their victim. However, those brought back, known as Returners, develop a psychological issue called the Bug, which amplifies negative emotions. If left unchecked, the Bug can manifest physically as a dangerous monster. The magic enforcers' true mission is to eliminate these Bugs. Nagumo Kento, codenamed Deep Searcher, is a veteran enforcer who extracts the evil, while his prodigy rookie partner, Amagi Yoko, codenamed Evil Eater, disposes of it.
