Empty Can

Sinopsis

Kakeru Daichi, an ordinary high school student, buys a can of melon soda from a vending machine, which unexpectedly transforms into a beautiful, albeit aloof, girl. Kakeru names her Melon, and soon, more "Akikan" (empty can) girls begin to appear. These Akikan girls require carbon dioxide, which they absorb through kissing, to survive. Kakeru finds himself living with Melon, whose existence is soon complicated by the emergence of other Akikan and a government agency.
