BB Project

Sinopsis

In Kyoto, a clandestine conflict has been brewing for years between Japanese teenagers advocating for the exclusion of foreigners (gaijin) and those supporting their integration. To prevent escalating violence, rival gangs have agreed to settle the fate of the gaijin through an underground fighting tournament known as the "B.B. Project," a reference to Commandant Perry's "Black Boats" symbolizing the arrival of foreigners in Japan. Franck Leclerc, a young Parisian with a love for fighting, arrives in Kyoto under the guise of studying, though his true interests lie in charming local girls and enjoying arcades. His combative nature soon draws him into a street brawl, inadvertently entangling him in the B.B. Project.
